We treat the place like home and the members coming here as our family. When it comes to providing services and amenities to our family, we do everything in our will to fulfill their expectations of living happily and leave back all the worrying and dull moments of life. The few developments we did are as follows:
Mandir
Mandir is situated on the premises of the center, Aartis for the elderly. One in the morning and one in the evening happens on an everyday basis.
Dining Hall
A dining hall where everyone can sit together and have their meals.
Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea and Dinner is covered by the Ashram. All the meals are cooked in our kitchen itself keeping in mind all the hygiene elements.
Emergency services
For Any Emergencies, an Ambulance is available 24/7 at the NGO. We provide for diseases from cold, and cough to all-purpose medicines by professional doctors available at the center.
We also have a special doctor coming over the weekends for a regular check up and to ensure everyone is in good health.
Solar Heating
Solar plate and solar heater: The elderly tend to have warm water baths. We have installed solar panels on the roof and solar heaters in every room, so as to maximize natural resource energy and put it to use.
A generator is also situated at the center, to provide a continuous flow of electricity for the elderly.
Gardens
4 beautiful gardens are situated on the premises of the Centre so they are surrounded by clean and fresh air and can go on walks to feel refreshed.
Recreation Room
Recreation Hall & Library: As a part of their entertainment, we have provided them with Library to read books and a recreation center where they can play games like carrom and also celebrate events and occasions like festivals and birthdays.
Equipped Rooms
80 Rooms: The old age home has a total of 80 rooms. That’s divided into AC and Non-AC rooms. The rooms depend on the convenience of the elderly. What they prefer. 60% out of 80 rooms are AC, whereas 40% are non-AC.
Every room has a washing machine: The rooms allotted to the elderly are designed in a way that every room has a bathroom and washing machine along the side to make it a hassle-free experience over the issue of traveling to other rooms.
We ensure that the rooms are maintained and cleaned by the staff at least once a day. Hygiene matters to the Ashram equally.
